Bosch Rexroth is offering advice for companies implementing lean on how to get the most out of their lean transformations. Developed with lean manufacturing expert, Richard Rahn, Rexroth’s “The Look and Feel of Lean” discusses how to implement and sustain lean manufacturing.
Rahn, who is from Leonardo Group Americas, a team of experts with extensive experience in production management and implementation of lean manufacturing, informs listeners how to get started implementing lean, useful approaches to transform a company’s processes, and discusses examples of successful lean transformations. Rahn explains that when companies make new workspace investments, they get better results from their lean initiative because the workforce feels as if the company is more committed to the projects.
